However Allen is turnover prone and his erraticness and lack of a conscience on the offensive end of the floor caused Doc to relegate him to bench warmer status for much of the playoffs, when the team was shorthanded and surely needed him to the most. 		<description>I agree with Dave.  Nice cap work there.  TA might thrive for Golden State, the Spurs or Mavs.  We won&#039;t get much in return, but why not free up the spot for an interested free agent?  (i.e. Mcdyess, Kidd, Ariza etc.) </description>

		<description>I&#039;d like to see the C&#039;s trade Tony Allen plus $3mil in cash to a team below the cap.  
 
The team that acquires him makes a small profit, around $500k, and can then choose whether it&#039;s interested in keeping TA around or not. Meanwhile, the C&#039;s save themselves the luxury tax payment which allows them some more freedom spending wise, and frees up a roster spot. </description>
