Chad Ford: Celtics Have Kicked the Tires on #2 Pick

Quickie update: Chad Ford also drops the Celtics in among the teams talking to Memphis about the #2 pick in his latest mock draft. This adds further legitimacy to the Memphis Commercial Appeal story Brian wrote about yesterday.

I’m not sure that the Celtics have a player that a) Memphis would want AND b) the Celtics would be willing to give up. But the news appears to be true.
