We never fully filled the void left by James Posey. I actually have been looking at the free agent list for a week or two and have a couple of names that I think could help us at the 3 or Small Forward. 1. Brandon Bass - although he's probably going to demand more money than the C's are willing to give him, this would be a great pick up and I think this would even help us further on down the way. He's great defensively and can score in bunches, the only knock on his game is that he does not shoot the 3 very well. 2.Matt Barnes- he definitely meets all the criteria specified, and he should be within the Celtics price range plus he can shoot the 3. He's a big, long, young, athletic forward that particularly bothers #24. 3.Rodney Carney - the definition of athleticism. This kid has tremendous upside, he’s built to be a scary defender and he definitely is within the Celtics Range. 4. Dahntay Jones - definitely meets all the criteria. He has proven during this season with the Nuggets that he could contribute to a championship caliber team. Restricted Free Agents 1. Linas Kleiza 2. Walter Herrman Gambles: 1. Ime Udoka 2.
