KY: I agree about the Jazz slipping off, but i believe that they at least have Millsap with them to team up with deron. But other than them, they're done, okur ain't great, boozer knows he won't be with the team next year so his motivation may not be the best, and they don't have a SOLID shooting guard.

i'm not sure i trust these win share predictions. they looked alright to me until I said Utah was neck and neck with LA this year. Personally, I think the Jazz end up exactly where they did last year, if not fall off into the lottery. Besides Deron, who else do they have?

Interesting that Rondo is, by this stat, considered to be, per minute, the second-best player on the team, after Garnett. On some of the smarter Celtics websites, there seems to be a consensus that Rondo is overrated by advanced statistical measures — that, in some sense, he gets some of his numbers at the expense of the team; that a less flashy, more conventional point guard would suit the team better; and that Rondo is not the kind of player a team can build around. I'd love to see you address that debate at some point (focusing more on stats and the evaluation of Rondo, and less on what his contract should be — that debate's been done to death, I think).
