		<description>Love it! You put some effort into this. Well done! I think it&#039;s hard to stay in the moment when the ref makes a bad call or no call or your teammate blows it, BUT the other team or the ref is not gonna stop to listen to anyone complain. It&#039;s like taking ONE mistake &amp; compounding it into an even bigger mistake--one bad play begets two bad plays because of whining or  pouting or just going ape. It&#039;s a bad habit to get caught up in what just happened &amp; not stay in the moment. It&#039;s a lack of self control which is self destructive. Also, if you are the guy who just screwed up, you should try extra hard at the other end to make a play instead of dwelling on what just happened. Trying harder &amp; making plays is like amnesia juice for mistakes.</description>
