I also suffer from panic attacks and i can manage it by deep and slow breathing. i also practice meditation.. -

I’ve personally dealt with panic attacks my whole life. It started when I was just a child and I’ve had to cope with them since then. I found a solution that has helped me get them done once and for all. I will tell you that it wasn’t quick or easy, but after a while I was able to finally get rid of them. I’ve finally got rid of them and its like I’ve started a new life not having panic attacks. I also saw a Dr. Oz special a few days ago, sometimes it isn’t a panic attack that is the root of the problem, I’d also recommend talking to your doctor. Good luck!

i get Panic Attacks when i am in a huge crowd of people or in front of lots of strangers. it is difficult to control panic attacks and i would usually have a shortness of breath when it happens.

ai to celtics fits the bill. move daniels back to sf especially how hes banged up. house n ai runnin around wallace hi picks. with house n wallace as deep shooters, daniels n a.i can penetrate in the basket areas. n big baby would get all the hustle plays. he has a ego yes………. but i believe celts is a.i n celts chance at a next championship. they did it for sam cassell n they did it for marbury…ai smokes both those players. n for when rondo cant be effective in the 4th.ai would sure be a scare for any backcourt. he could tutor rondo to have that attack in him. scorin will easy the load on the vets pacing themselves. come on danny,hes not an avg free agent. ai to celts ai to celts ai to celts
