KG: Eastern Conference Player of the Week

Is KG back? 

It’s too early to say, but the league did name him Eastern Conference Player of the Week for last week. Per the NBA.com press release:

Garnett led the Celtics to a 3-0 week on the road, averaging 19.7 points on .706 shooting from the field, 7.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists.

Not a huge deal, but a nice reward for a guy working hard to rehab from an injury.
