Avery Bradley Likely Done For Season

On the back of a horrific game six performance, Gary Washburn of the Globe piled on with more bad news: Avery Bradley is almost certainly done for the season. Washburn: A source close to Bradley told the Globe that it’s in the “high 90s” percentile that Bradley will be shut down and will perhaps need [...]

Game 6 Will Be Wednesday Night at 8pm on ESPN

After the Thunder finished up their series by routinely dismantling the Lakers last night to send them packing in five games, a time has been announced for the C’s-Sixers Game 6 on Wednesday night. It will tipoff shortly after 8pm on ESPN. Looking ahead in the postseason, if the C’s do win Game 6, and [...]

Highlight: Rondo Leads The Break

I love this decision-making from Rajon Rondo. While leading the break, you can see him eyeballing Ray Allen, who runs the wing and spots up on the arc. The Sixers have a 1-2 disadvantage but are mostly concerned about Allen’s three balls, which allows Mickael Pietrus to make an unmolested baseline cut behind the defense. [...]

Celtics-Sixers Game 5 Tips off at 7pm

A note to all you local C’s fans out there that may be attending the game tonight at TD Garden. The game will start just after 7pm and will be broadcast nationally on TNT. However, unlike most TNT regular season games during the season, the tip will not come 15-20 minutes after the scheduled start [...]

(Video) Rajon Rondo Continues To Dominate In Postgame Interview

Rajon Rondo is a tremendous player, but he tends to have a little bit of an issue scoring the ball late in games. I won’t go as far as saying he is scared, but he does pass up shots and defer to teammates in crunch-time….well a lot. Last night though may have been his coming [...]

Video: Full Kevin Garnett Reaction After Game 1

Garnett followed up his season-best effort against Atlanta in Game 6 with a new season-high in points and another sensational double-double, as well 60 percent shooting (12-of-20) from the field. More Injuries: Erden Has Pulled Groin, Questionable for Sunday, Shaq Also Iffy

The C’s just wrapped up their first practice since Tuesday in Waltham and you won’t believe this….there’s more injury developments! Crazy I know! Let’s get you caught up to date on the latest, thanks to the fantastic Chris Forsberg on Twitter

  • Semih Erden did not practice due to a groin pull. He is considered questionable for tomorrow’s afternoon showdown with Indiana.
  • Shaquille O’Neal also did not take part in practice activities as expected due to his sore right calf. He has sat out four straight games with the injury. He is considered probable for tomorrow’s game but is still a game time decision.
  • Jermaine O’Neal practiced with the team for the first time in over a month as he recovers from his knee injury. Jermaine has not played since November 8th due to the injury. He will not play tomorrow night against Indiana but is looking to get back in action before Christmas. He will go on the team’s upcoming three-game road trip starting on Christmas Day in Orlando. A couple quick quotes from Jermaine courtesy of Jessica Camerato from CSNNE.com:

“That’s my Christmas wish, to be playing before Christmas and New Year’s. It felt really good to get back out there with the guys. A lot of trash talking, it was a good day.”

Also in case you missed it, a couple blockbuster deals for the struggling Magic today as they try to shake things up and stay competitive in the East.

1) Trying to undo the Vince Carter/Hedo Turkoglu mistake, by trading Carter, Mikael Pietrus, Marcin Gortat, Cash and a 1st Round Pick for Jason Richardson, Earl Clark and Hedo

2) Dumping Rashard Lewis for Gilbert Arenas in a swap of bad contracts.

Full analysis on the moves in the upcoming days, but I will say I like the first deal for Orlando, makes them a little scarier of a team, although they still have no one willing to play defense on it. Full analysis on the C’s injury situation for tomorrow upcoming as well.
